I lead Dialpad's unified design organization across product and brand. I'm a designer first and a hands-on leader, focused on craft and building things well. As part of Dialpad's executive team, I bring a business background that helps translate strategy into real product and brand decisions. I also write code and believe designers should understand the medium they're designing for—especially as AI becomes core to how products are built. My work sits at the intersection of design, code, business, and brand, with an emphasis on building products that are thoughtful, enjoyable to use, and genuinely useful.
